Legal action to resolve parking issues

I have a old apartment in 2nd floor.there is no parking area.so we park in road side.but the ground floor owner plant in that place.how to solve the problem.What legal action can be taken  to resolve this?

Now the laws have changed. If u are the owner then basing on the agreement that you have entered at the time of purchasing and as per your sale deed recitals you have to proceed. Next thing is that as per the corporation rules you can seek for a solution and file a complaint before the corporation authorities for necessary action for allotment of parkimg place in the place of plant.

Since both of you have no legal right on that parking place,since it is Govt/Public property. Only a mutual understanding will help you to come out from the situation.Because you want parking place not the action against him.
