Atfiest You can take protection of the provision of 144(2) cr.p.c before the executive magistrate. Secondly you can get injunction under order XXXIX rule 1&2 read with section 151 c.p.c. but the second process is very much lengthy. For further informations you can take advice from a civil lawyer.

If you have valid paper in respect of your property, then you can go before the competent Court of law for remedy. In your situation I suggest you to go first before the Ld. Executive Magistrate for obtaining Demarcation Order in respect of your Property, if no result will came, then go to the Civil Court for recovery of possession as per the B.L. & L.R.O Report.
