LEASE DEEDNOT RETURNED AFTER VACATING THE PROPERTY BEFORE LEASE EXPIRE

Dear Sir, I have given lease my house for 3 years, he is vacated the house after 6 months but at the time of lease amount paid he has not given the lease deed, which not registered, he is telling he kept the lease deed somewhere, once he the get the deed he will give.
No problem. Just take an underting from the tenant. Nothing will happen. Please be cool. In future keep original with you or make two originals. Nothing will happen, he cannot go anywhere. More in person.

Without registered lease deed already he vacated but leas deed not handover it's very danger ..if he have rights to misuse in that deed also..basically this problem will solved only from advocate ..contact any advocate counsels they will help you
