Landlord did not give notice to vacant flat

03-Dec-2024 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
According to agreement made, lock in period for both parties is 12 months. Signed copy of agreement was shared two days prior when the owner asked to vacant flat in a week since the deposit money has not been credited according to agreement, but signed copy of agreement was not shared by owner. After telling to vacant flat, they shared the original agreement. Now, owner is asking to pay the full deposit or vacant flat in 2 days. Please guide us on our legal rights. We want 1 month notice to move

Well, I can assist you in buying 1 month time to vacate the premises by requesting your landlord to do so legally, if he won't listen, then we can give him a legal warning of filing a Case against him before the concerned Court of Law.

Well, you can certainly get a 1 month of notice to vacate, the Landlord cannot forcibly vacate you. He has to take the legal recourse. By the time, he will send you a Legal Notice and file a Suit in Small Causes Court to evict you, not more than mere 2 Days, but months will be passed.
