Landlord asking to vacant flat after locking period

Rent amount is cleared broker is authorised to handle the flat landlord is out of India till date rent is clear but was not paid on the mentioned date so notice is send by landlord paid heavy brokerage also need the brokerage back and agreement is of 2 years

Dear client based on the question, only after going through the agreement I can say something about the situation,but if you have paid and the documents are ok then you have the right to stay in the flat according to the Indian contract act.
