You can initiate criminal action against both the tenant and the third person for using forged documents and making false claims over your property. File a written complaint and if the police do not register an FIR, file an application under section 156(3) CrPC before the Judicial Magistrate seeking directions to register an FIR and investigate.

Since you have a decree, file an FIR for forgery and conspiracy under Sec 336 (3), 338 and Sec 61 (2) of the BNS. Additionally, file an application under Section 379 of the BNSS in the civil court to prosecute them for perjury. If the police refuse the FIR, move the Magistrate under Section 223.

we will file the case on them for fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, misappropriation of property, etc. where we will eventually question the validity of WILL. Would love to help you with this criminal proceeding waiting to hear from you and will discuss more with you with all relevant documents.

You can obtain a decree of the property and dispossessing them from the property as well. That is a good idea to have a criminal case against them because this is a clear case of cheating. However I would rather give you better advice to have a complaint against each person. and before all of this i need to verify your documents for legal purposes Himanshu Sharma Advocate VIGILANT LEGUM LAW FIRM Dwarka Delhi
