how to vacant the tenant from the house

We kept family on rent in our house before 9 months ago....now we are telling them to empty the house because we have a work for my sis marriage ... We have told them to go before 3 month but till now 3 months over they are not going and neither given two months rent .... We have not created rent agreement and its our fault we thought that the family is good but we where wrong....Now what should we do
It is your fault that you have not done any formal agreement.you contact to a lawyer and issue him a notice for vacate yhe premise. Give him time for 3p days and write that our relation of owner and tenant is no more now wef .....date. your tenancy has been cancelled and here after your possessetion is illegal . If than also he does not vacate than file a suit in court
