If, you have signed vakalat nama and authorized him to send a legal notice to the tenant then Lawyer can send Legal Notive without your signature. If you did not give authority to the Lawyers then notice will be treat null and void. You should send a fresh notice to the tenant.

Actually there is no need of your signature untill unless you are questioning your advocate that on whom behalf he has send the notice or you can tell in a court i had not hired him for any matter. But to be on safe side a good lawyer always take sign of his client on each & every page of notice and then sign himself at last page with its stamp.
