How to register land in my own name?

My father has purchased a land 35 years ago the land has boundaries wall now their is a person who says that this land is our what should i do this land has no papers he has no papers nor i have but the land is in my control should i suit a case and if i suit a case will the court seal my land because it is having agriculture

As long as you have the relevant documents and possession, no one else can claim ownership of the land. Both civil and criminal options are available to you, should you chose to litigate.
The Court will not seal your land in the given scenario.

You have given very limited facts therefore, it is very difficult to answer without having complete facts. However, i am giving my analysis on the limited facts provided by you. If your father has purchased this land then he must have paid consideration for the same to someone. Kindly get the details of the person from whom it was purchased. Seller must have given some documents to purchaser i.e. your father, these documents, if available can be used by you to show the ownership in Court.
You must also check that on what basis the other person is claiming its ownership what papers he has to prove it. You have also not mentioned that from how many years you are in possession of this land, if you are in possession of this land for more than 12 years then you will have adverse possession of this land and the one who wants to vacate you must prove before the Court that he has better title than yours.

Now coming to what remedy you should take 1. you must go for declaration of title to perfect your title by adverse possession. Once court declares the same then nobody can remove you from that place unless and until he has a better title than yours.
Please go to Court before he goes to Court against you. He can also go for Suit for possession on the ground that he has ownership of land.

As far as registering the land in your name. I cannot comment anything unless and until i see papers and get other details related to this land. However, please bear in mind that in case you don't have any paper in your name or your father's name it is impossible to register the same in your name. Hope this satisfy your query. Best
