How to recover deposit from landlord forcing to vacate the house

I am singer nd actor i recently shifted in mumbai...mene 1lakh deposite kiya tha and 25thousand rent hai...ab landloard bol rha hai..ke aap khaali krdo aur 7months ka locking period tha...aur..yeh log ab bol rhe aap khaali karo...aur hum khaali bhi krrhe hai toh wo deposite nhi de rhe bol rhe h nhi dunga main...ab hume kya karna chahiye?
आपको मेरी यह सलाह है:
१. आप लैंडलॉर्ड को लीगल नोटिस भेज दो;
२. अगर वोह रिप्लाई ना करे तो रेंट कण्ट्रोल अथॉरिटी मे शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हो;
३. महाराष्ट्र रेंट कण्ट्रोल एक्ट के अनुसार आप उससे कंपनसेशन भी मांग सकते हो;
४. अगर तो भी तैयार न हो तो आपको सिविल कोर्ट में रिकवरी सूट दाखल करना होगा.

You can approach the nearest Police Station and file a written complaint against the landlord for cheating, criminal breach of trust and criminal misappropriation of property alongwith supporting documents to establish the fact that you had given the amount to the landlord.
