How to file appeal for recovering land

my family had a case on their land since 15 years and the case was of gdaurri and recently the opp party won and our land is gone to gvt. and now we would appeal for our land in high court.. is there any chance toh return our land??

The case was pending civil court or Tehsildar/ SDM / DC/ Commissioner.
Yes all case have right of appeal and if u have good case. the same will in your favour in higher court of appeal.
