Eviction of my flat, I m not getting rent from that. Agreement also ex

We gave to flat to the person who is no more. Agreement also expired last year. His son continued the flat on verbal terms no new agreement was made. He stop paying rent from last months and he has legal issues with his wife. Now wife is not vacating our flat not living in that, saying that he should provide her an alternate house for living. He said that you should ask my wife to vacate the house.he is not paying rent. So in this condition what we can do to get our flat vacated?
Yes, you can get the flat vacated by following the due process of law. Anyways, you don't have agreement with the person who is in possession. You should contact a lawyer and understand the process of the same.
