Document production not allowed but Plaintiff has asked BMC to produce

Plaintiff submitted BMC acknowledgement document but court did not allow production. Now Plaintiff has made BMC witness and asked BMC to verify and produce document. Will court allow? Will it be marked as Exhibit now?
