Cousin not vacating mother property

31-Jan-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My mother gave her second house to my cousin to stay and never signed a rental agreement. Now my brother wants to live there and cousin is not vacating. I understand I have to give notice to him. But I also want to know how much time court takes to vacate the property in india. My mother is widow, senior citizen and lives alone

Sir, you may fIle an eviction suit against him it is actually beneficial to you because you have not sign rental agreement. The matter may settle soon. Further, the Hon'ble Court may take strict action against him due to no rent agreement has signed.

Hey dear I can definitely help you out with this matter for that you have lodge a criminal complaint against your cousin and also initiate suit for eviction of illegal possession in the concerned court of law. I hope that property is in the name of your mother and is the sole owner of that property rest u can meet or contact me through this app for further reference.
