C 608 A JVTS Garden - Landlord is not Returing My Deposit amount

I have recently shifted to C 608 A JVTS Garden but I am very much disappointed to see that I have not got the facilities that was promised to me before shifting and there is a lot of problems. Even basic facilities like water and parking is not properly available. Whenever I complaint the landlord shouts at me and talks in abusive language. I want to shift to other place but the landlord is not Returing My deposite amount. I have given 3 months rent in advance. What should I do?
Need to legally peruse the contents of the rent agreement to advise You legally on this. Do seek a detailed legal consultation and get a legal notice issued through a lawyer asap. This is a case of misrepresentation and thus needs a termination
