Broker is demanding extra commission For leaving the flat before 6 months but there os nothing written about this in the rental agreement
Double-check the rental agreement for:
Duration/lock-in period
Termination clauses
Broker fees or commissions If none of these mention a six-month minimum stay or an early exit fee, you are not contractually obligated to pay extra.
