As the owners, we are facing a major landlord/tenant issue

hi we are staying in karnataka we have 6 acres of land we are the owners of the land in RTC it is showing both owner and genidhar(person who is cultivating) is our name only.But in 1970s tenant was different..is there any possibality that his legal representatives may apply for land tribunal to snatch the land from us

If there is jointly made can you face that problem even you con't sale ,you don't have any individual right on that property ,for this situation ,should remove that person name on that property in RTC documents then you can do anything .

Now legal heirs cannot apply for the land tribunal and to advice properly I need to go thru., the paper of the land. RTC, Mutation entry etc.,
On the basis of your question it cannot be proper to advice you
