You would require to reply to show cause as per the time stipulated. It is advised to put forth your defence and participate in any enquiry if initiated against you by the company. Breach of data is a criminal as well as civil offence. Feel free to connect. Thanks

What kind of data breach allegations have mentioned in your show cause letter ? Need to know more about your job, and the details of terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter. If you are not wrong then do reply and ask the higher authority to settle the matter amicably.. feel free to contact for better advice. Thanks

Dear Sir/Ma’am, If the allegation are baseless and made with only the intent to implicate you then you should try to rebut the allegations through an Advocate. The advocate try to mitigate the circumstances and also represent you before any fora.
