Want to quit mid notice period

I am really troubled at workplace. My personal life is ruined. My mental health as well. My contract says 3 months notice period. I have served 1 I can't do it anymore. If I leave it says I will have to pay 3 months salary. Please help
Well, if you cannot serve further notice period, then, I can tell you, how to negotiate with the current HR of your Company, so that, you won't end up serving further notice period and can get leave from the services of company as soon as possible.
