Unlawful Termination as per company's contract

I was asked to resign because company doesn't have any projects right now. Plus I received Termination post my probation date as per which they are suppose to give me a notice of minimum 2 months & give me in written the reason for Termination which they are not.

You need to file a written complaint for forceful termination without delay. In case the termination is not done as per the contract then a company is supposed to re instate the employee. A notice period is a mandate while termination.
