Unable to transfer my provident fund from previous to current company

Hi Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that my earlier organisation I.e. Kotak Mahindra bank PF - has erroneously deducted PF without EPS and due to which I am unable to transfer my provident fund from my immediate previous organisation I.e. Aspire systems PF to my current organisation Infosys Ltd. because my Kotak Mahindra bank PF is lying with Aspire systems. So, Chennai EPFO is unable to make the transfer to my current company. Need suggestions
Well, If a company is unable to transfer a PF balance, it could be due to a number of reasons, including:
The previous employer did not file the revised Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) There are differences in the name, father's name, date of birth, or PAN/Aadhaar details in the EPF account and the employee's ID documents. The employer did not deposit contributions into the account .The joining and leaving dates in the EPF account do not match the employee's joining and leaving dates.
