The Administrative Act of CAT defines limitation period of 01 year for the cases decided once to come up for appeal and a limitation period of 03 years for all such matters to which it has got the jurisdiction as per the act to come up with a case.
In both the situation you have surpassed the limit of time period which has been allowed to you to come up before the court.

your query is vague and not specific. Please send me full account of your case so as to enable me to advise you properly. Normally there is a time limit of 90 days to challenge the order of the CAT before the HIGH COURT.

Hi, will glad to help you. There is no time limit for filing a fresh case, 60 days are required to file an appeal against the order of the CAT. Your question is not clear so will be difficult to say anything further.
