The company under which my work is going on is not paying

I am a contractor and I was working under a company in Patna building a society building and since 2 years they are paying well and on time but since 56 months they are paying lately and now they have just said we won't pay

you can file a case against them in the labour court but at first send them legal notice and ask the concerned company to pay you the amount due. you have other options too but for that I need to go through the details along with papers. Feel free to contact. Thanks & Regards
