Termination issues during probation period

I resigned from an organization and I am willing to serve 1 month notice period which was stated in my offer letter, but they are not allowing me to serve this either and they are not ready to pay for the same .

u can send a legal notice regarding this asking them exact reply why they are not allowing you resign . If u want I can help u on this thank u
