Tenant did illegal construction without the landlord's consent

Iligal construction made by tenant.section 144 done , GD to police done .Send sevelar letter to local municipality to destroy illigal construction.Municipality silent.Landlord is financially weak ,can not go to high court.My question is , is there any way ,land lord can file in district court ,so that Municipality will bound to destroy the illigal construction ?

Since you have already availed the remedy under Section 144 CrPC and also have written to the police and most importantly the municipality and they did not help you in any way, your best and speedy remedy lies only in High Court by filing a writ petition and moreover, for filing an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Court fees and expenditure is very less especially in our Calcutta High Court hence do not weary about expenditure as people usually misjudge about the expenditure in High Court.
