Sick Leave

Was ill requested sick for a day from my superior initially he denied but later got a message saying that my week off is swapped with the previous day of my sick leave which meas i was denied with a sick leave. Please assist with reference to law
Hi, please go through the leave policy of the company and follow the same as in most of the companies the grant of leaves is up to the discretion of the management. Based on workload the leave will have to be planned and hence some times the supervisors will not be able to grant leave in order to manage the work load. If you were sick then please provide a doctors certificate to claim the sick leave which is a genuine case.
