From the facts you have shared, your case is not a routine resignation issue. The legality of the company's demand depends on the terms of the bond and whether the employer has actually suffered any recoverable loss. You joined on 28-05-2026, attended only 3 days of orientation, received no stipend or salary, and returned home due to an emergency. The company is now insisting that you either complete the bond period or pay the bond amount along with three months' notice pay. The first question is whether the 3-year service bond became enforceable in these circumstances. Courts generally do not enforce every employment bond automatically. An employer is usually expected to show that: The bond was reasonable. It was voluntarily executed. They incurred actual training or other recoverable expenditure. The amount claimed is a genuine pre-estimate of loss and not merely a penalty. FOR MORE DETAIL ANSWER OF YOUR QUERY KINDLY CHECK YOUR MESSAGE BOX/WHATSAPP MESSAGE. Adv.
