Dear sir you need to send a demand justice notice to the school and the Bikash Bhavan thereafter it still your salary is not cleared you can file a writ application for clearance of your outstanding salary within a short notice I guess this will be helpful in case of more information you may contact me

As per the service jurisprudence the Daley is the compensation for the service the employee provides with his/her expertise. If you have been providing you service, the employer is under obligation to provide salary to you. One of my clients has got recent relief from our Calcutta High Court in a similar matter where the Court directed the Birbhum District Primary School Council to provide the arrear salary with interest.
