Resignation in Probation Period

In offer letter of my friend it is mentioned that he can resign by giving one month notice or one month salary.He give resignation due to health issues and is ready to serve 1 month notice period.Is it compulsory to show medical certificate if he is ready to serve 1 month notice period?

Yes you can serve one month service after resignation letter and medical documents are necessary to submit for future purposes. Also it depends on the offer letter whether terms and conditions are favourable or not. please connect through call or dm for further queries. Thanks

If he is ready to serve the notice period there is no need to Give the medical certificate. He is well within his rights and is the legally fulfilling all the desired requirements. In case he is having any further problems, feel free to contact me.

The Employer as well as the employee has to abide by the terms of the Offer letter, If there is no clause for any kind of explanation of one month Notice then it is not necessary for you to give any medical documents. If the Employer is still not paying you for that period or not relieving you, You can give a legal notice to the Employer for your relief.

Yes, it is better to give a medical certificate which will help your fried resign from the company without much difficulties. If there is no restriction clause mentioned in the agreement, you can resign.
