I want to knw if a case is dismissed in high court becoz of any reason dan what is the procedure to again restore the case in high court

A case for restoration of the original case can be filed in the High court by specifying the reasons and circumstances for dismissal of the case. At times, the court goes into the merits of the case and therefore it is advisable to show prima facie merits of your case in the restoration case.
