I need legal advice regarding an old issue related to my digital marketing agency. Around 3–4 years ago, due to serious personal circumstances, I was unable to provide services to approximately 12–15 clients. Based on the facts, this appears to be a contractual dispute unless there was dishonest intention from the beginning. Preserve chats and payment records. If contacted by police, cooperate and seek legal advice promptly.
