Procedure if the company refuses to give relieving letter

30-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have signed bond of 3 years which cost Rs 1 lakh with my company. Now I served 2 years and wants to break bond, ready to pay money but my company is saying you just leave, don't pay us anything but we (company) wont give you any experience letter or releasing letter. I want experience letter and releasing letter. How should i proceed? Your valuable suggestions are always welcome.

This is my response to you:
1. You must approach HR department and say that you want to buy out your notice period;
2. You can write a formal letter to them;
3. If they don't give you the relieving letter and the experience letter then send a legal notice;
4. It is your right to receive it;
5. Out of settlement they will come forward and give you the documents.
