Online data entry company is threatening me to take the case to court

I was registered for online form filling work. The time duration to complete the work was 10 days. I wanted to extend my working days so I tried calling them but they didn’t receive the call. The agreement is made on 3rd of May 2021 but in the agreement sent by him notary is done on 19/09/2019. And now their lawyer sent me FIR and legal court notice copy and asking me to pay 2,45,000. I don’t even know whether the court notice legal or no because there are many spelling mistakes in the notice. Please help me
These type of people are fraud take the copy of notice and immediately lodge police complaint for fraud cheating and extortion they will never pay you any money... on the other hand threaten you and extract money... feel free to call me for further help
