NOC Related query for new advertisement

I am currently employed in Govt of WB. I have applied for a job in Health Department Govt Of WB. The health dept job advertisement did not mention of any NOC clause. So I have not intimated my present organization before applying. My question is whether I'll be able to join (if selected) health dept job without NOC(not mentioned in advertisement)?
you can't be able to join more than one government post at a time without special permission or direction, meaning you shall have to forward resignation to the present post before joining to any other government post. whether NOC is requared or not that is solely as requirement of the employee and you will have to go through the detailed employment conditions of both the employers.
