No reply for application for job on compassionate ground

Sir My father a givt employee of west bengal died in harness 5years back .i applied for job on compassion ground immediately within 6month. But i did not get a single word from their end till now .what to do now
MY OPINION THAT if after your father's demise, at that particular Govt. job have any specific clause for you have pray for job on compassionate ground or on that particular compassionate ground if you have sufficiently qualified, you can move at competent forum,for getting job, you can be consider,contact with me immediately.
