Need Advice: Job Offer Revoked After Resignation – Cross-Border Case

friend of mine recently faced a very difficult situation, and we’re trying to understand what legal options are available. He received a formal job offer from a company based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). After multiple discussions regarding visa processing and relocation, he trusted the offer and resigned from his current job in India. However, after waiting for nearly 2 months and initiating the process, the company has now revoked the offer without any valid justification and has stopped .

If your friend has incurred substantial amounts towards visa processing and even otherwise on the basis of the job offer he has received and has in fact accepted the offer, then he can file a suit for the same in Court.
