My notice period 30 day company but still I am not server notice only sarv notice 7 day Mani times reminder company but not consider absence termination please guide Company reliving needs

You need to send a legal notice to the company in this regard, which will be send to your company through an advocate, and they will have to reply or resolve your issue in 30 days. You can contact me for sending a legal notice

First i need to go through your appointment letter. I need to check its terms and conditions when you joined the company. After going through it, i will be able to advise whether you should serve them a legal notice under illegal termination .
