Legal Advice Needed – Full & Final Settlement Not Paid - been 45 days

15-May-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned from Sakar Robotics on April 5, 2025. My FNF is still pending beyond the 45-day policy. Pending dues include ₹6,667 salary (April 1–5), ₹1,500 reimbursement, and refund of unauthorized insurance&employerPF deductions (₹4,800/m.) made without my consent or documentation. Despite multiple emails, there’s been no response from CE0. I need legal advice on recovering dues and possible action. Let me know if you'd like a version in Hindi or if you need this posted directly to a legal advic

You should contact the HR of your company and then write an email for follow-up. If this too doesn't work then you can initiate legal proceedings against the said organization. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

You can send them a legal notice with regards to the same, this may not only will insist them to clear your dues but will also work as a pre litigation intimation. If they don't respond to the same, you can approach a labour commissioner and/or file a Civil Suit.

Well, in order to recover your dues, you first need to serve a legal notice, if you recover your payment after delivering Legal Notice, then, well and good, otherwise, Criminal and Civil Cases can be filed against your Employer to recover your dues!
