Is signing bond on company letterhead a valid document to file a case

I was working for an oil based company in Chennai for almost 3(1 year trainee) years, now I left that company with 3 months notice period..but they are asking me a compensation of 1 lac for not working for 3 years,I have signed a contract in their letter head. Is that valid..they are threatening me saying they will file case against me.? Is that valid?

not at all, legally not binding because of after 3 months later and also besed on human resources and skilled job that can only enfored through the arbitrary proceedings but unfortunately nowadays that kind of agreements are enforceable besed on the contract act that has to properly adviced if the agreement is visible to advocate

.you have almost done 3years and the training period is one year only. You have relieved with 3months proper notice only.you can send a lawyer notice regarding this issue. More over your problem will be solved.
