Illegal unlawfull and unfair termination with hold salary from 2 months also as working from last 3 yrs with that company hance they are terminated me and not lissen my thing

If you have been illegally/unlawfully terminated and your salary for 2 months has been withheld, you may have remedies depending on your employment terms and applicable labour laws. Since you have worked with the company for several years, your service records, appointment letter, salary slips, termination communication and proof of work are important. You can first send a formal legal notice demanding reinstatement/appropriate compensation and release of the pending salary, and take further action before the appropriate labour authority/court if required.
