Illegal Termination of an employee by the employer.

26-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, The case is : An employee got terminated illegally by the employer. He/she then approaches the labour commissioner and sends the representation letter to employer, but the employer contempts it and do not attend the meeting. In such case, can an employee have the right to file a suit in Civil Court instead of going for labour court? Thank you. K Penta Chary
