I want to cancel my transfer order

Iam and my wife both are government employees and working in same place but I have been transfered to other place as I apply online but after two days I also cancel my application but due to software issue I been transfered now I want to cancel my transfer as my child is 2.5 year old please suggest as I got stay on it and chances of cancellation of my transfer or there is law of wife and husband at same place

As per the policy, both husband and wife should be placed at one place. As you yourself made an application for transfer which you cancelled subsequently, the transfer order by which you have been transferred can be quashed by the court. Have you joined at your transferred place of posting ?
