Harrashment at school by Headmistress

I Sunanda Roy, a school teacher for nearly 20 years at Nursery School and too with dignity now scenario has changed as I am now the most educated teacher at the school and that too studying & completing higher studies and still continuing. Now the matter is she always insulting me in every steps. Now how can I action against school headmistress, who always insult me in every aspects and thretning me to have corporate punishment as I am not maintaining school class discipline, which is not true
