As you are a selected Group-D candidate but not a party to the earlier case, you can approach the High Court by filing an intervention/impleadment application or an appropriate writ petition seeking issuance of your appointment order. You can argue that your appointment cannot be kept pending indefinitely due to the dues of existing contractual employees; however, the exact remedy will depend on the wording of the original judgment, review order and pending contempt proceedings.
