Full and Final settlement delayed by 3.5 months

13-Nov-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
My previous firm fails to clear my F&F from the last 3.5 months. It was mentioned in the resignation acceptance mail that they would clear it by 60 days. I want to send them a legal notice as they are not responding. Can I do it and what all is needed for the same.

Well, We can surely send a Legal Notice to your Ex Employer. If things work out well, then great, if not, you will end up filing a case against your Employer under the concerned provisions of law and judgements applicable in your case.
