Employer Not given Form 16 nor has he deposited PF

I was Working with IT Consulting firm in Pune Last Year , Issue is Employer has Not Form 16 nor has he deposited PF , The appointment Letter was in my Company Official ID which is now Stopped , So I cannot have my appointment letter .. I have just one Salary Slips . Also During the tenure I was in Consultancy Advise to other Company Where the TDS is reflected Can I Mention in email to The Income Tax Helpline The employer Not sharing Form 16 and Unpaid Tax not Paid By the Employer ,,,Pls Advise
