Employer is not providing leaves as per their promose

My employer is asking me to apply leave online and is rejected without any remark mentioned on it and I have a proof for it. How can I proceed to file a case ??
Here the university is free and allowing to take leaves and my director is missing his power to dominate me, what should be done
Hi, firstly sanction of leaves are left to the discretion of the management. Leaves available in your quota cannot be availed as a matter of right as it is subjected to due approval process. Please check what kind of leaves you are entitled in the organization and the rules of the same. Also you may take up the issue with the grevience redressal committee to get your issue addressed.
