employe issue for employer agreement process

according to employer after 28 to 35 days releved from the duties but they didnot revaled continue working since 45 days due to employer failed of follow the agreement offer to the employee in these conditions employee can break the agreement given by employer without any legal issue

employee can relieve from day employer a notice today employer as per employment agreement they cannot stop the employee and it is against employment agreement if an opportunity given to me I can handle your
