Due payment asked by company Settlement salary issue

I need suggestion my LWD was 15nov 2024 in my previous company but they paid me 1490000 on 30th nov. Today I got a mail that I need to return 108000 back to them?? They are saying there are 4 days LOP, but I have not taken any LOP leaves

Well, if you have not taken any LOP Leaves, then, tell them in writing and submit evidences for such, if you will be able to prove your point, then you will end up paying no money to your previous company.

Well, if you are confident that you have not taken LOP Leaves, then, you not need to return anything. Infact, you can file a suit against them to seek monetary compensation under the concerned provisions of law.

You don't have to repay anything. If they threaten you with any legal consequences approach a lawyer he will guide you well in that scenario. They can't recover any money after paying the amount. so don't worry.
