Deposit salary delay in paying

मेरे 1महीने की सैलरी डिपोजिट रखी गई जो जॉब रिजाइन करने के बाद पेमेंट के साथ मिलेगी ऐसा कहा लेकिन 3 महीने के ऊपर हो चुके सिर्फ उसमें से आधी सैलरी दी और अभी झूला रहा है तो मुझे क्या करना चाहिए
My 1 month's salary was kept as deposit which I was told that I will get it along with the payment after resigning from the job but more than 3 months have passed and they have only given me half of it and they are still delaying it, what should I do?
Well, you need to send a Legal Notice first to receive your Outstanding Salary and other dues. If things go well, well and good, otherwise, you have to end filing a Case in Court, a Money Suit to recover your Outstanding Salary with other dues!
